Start Yachting
Start Yachting and is an introductory course for complete beginners. By the end of the 2 day course you will have experienced steering a yacht, sail handling, ropework and be aware of safety on board.
Competent Crew
This RYA Competent Crew course is for those who would like to become active crew members rather than just passengers.
Day Skipper
This RYA Day Skipper practical course will advance your skills of pilotage, navigation, seamanship and boat handling up to the standard required to skipper a cruising yacht by day in tidal waters.
Coastal Skipper
This RYA Day Skipper practical course will advance your skills of pilotage, navigation, seamanship and boat handling up to the standard required to skipper a cruising yacht by day in tidal waters.
Yachtmaster Sail preparation & Exam
For candidates building up towards their Yachtmaster Coastal & Offshore Practical exam. Normally the Yachtmaster prep is immediatelly followed by the Yachtmaster practical Exam.
ICC (International Certificate of Competence) Sail, including auxiliary engine
The ICC is intended to provide evidence of competence when requested by officials in a country you are visiting (i.e. a country you are not a citizen or a resident of).
It’s an assurance from one government to another that the certificate holder is sufficiently competent to be operating a pleasure craft, despite not holding the visited country’s certificate.
